The two apartments are equipped with the following:
• Electronic safe
• Colour TV with local broadcast
• Washing machine
• A maid 3 hours daily. She does not work on Sunday and public holiday.
• Cooker on request at your charges
• Fans in all rooms
• Telephone for local calls free
• Bed sheets and towels provided
• Barbecue

• Air-conditioning in the main bedroom (first floor only)

• Dishwasher (ground floor only)

• We also offer booking for car rental, taxi and minibus with driver.


RESERVATION

The reservation of our apartments are made directly. We will confirm the availability within 48 hours. The booking is considered confirmed when a deposit of 20% of the pro-forma invoice has been received. The balance due to the total should be paid on the first days of your arrival.

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.

OTHERS

The prices are quoted per night. Check in at 12.00 noon. Should the apartment be free, an early access would be possible. Check out at 11.00 a.m. If the apartment is free, late check out would be accepted.

RESPONSIBILITY

We are not responsible for your personal belongings including money … or others.
