The villa is located at Pointe d’Esny, famous for its turquoise sea, on the south east coast of Mauritius, 15 minutes away from SSR International airport and five minutes from the charming old French town of Mahebourg where you will be able to find shops, restaurants, banks as well as the market where you will find fresh vegetables and fish direct from the sea. Taxis are readily available as the villa is located near a small restaurant and at walking distance from the public beach of Blue Bay but if you fancy experiencing the bus ride, the bus terminal is at three minutes walk from the villa.

The villa has a private access to the beach where a private terrace opens up to the lagoon. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling whereas kiters and surfers can have some good fun.

The fully equipped villa also offers the service of a maid who will cater for the washing up, laundry, cleaning, bedding and other household up keeping.

Transfer from and to the airport can easily be organized but will be for your account.

The villa consists of two complete independent apartments fully equipped and fully serviced.

With its three bedrooms, the ground floor (172 m²) can accommodate up to 6/7 persons. The large living/dinning offers plenty of space for social gathering. Equipped with two bathrooms and an independent toilet, the ground floor is ideal for a big family. In the kitchen all the necessary domestic appliances will make your life easy and comfortable.

The first floor (120 m²) has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Being smaller, the apartment is more cozy and will accommodate up to 4 persons. The huge terrace dominates the lagoon and is equipped with barbecue facilities as well as a dining table and chairs.
